HuaAn Fund Management Co., Ltd.(“HuaAn Funds”), founded in 1998 and headquartered in Shanghai, is one of the first five domestic fund management companies approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) and has accumulated rich investment management experience in the evolution of the Chinese capital market. By the end of 2025, HuaAn Funds manages 293 mutual funds with total assets under management (AUM) of CNY 530 billion excluding the AUM of money market funds, serves over 140 million individual clients and having paid out over CNY 120 billion of dividends for investors.
