HuaAn Fund Management Co., Ltd.(“HuaAn Funds”), founded in 1998 and headquartered in Shanghai, is one of the first five domestic fund management companies approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) and has launched 8 main categories of fund products in the industry for the first time. By the end of 2023, HuaAn Funds manages 248 mutual funds with total assets under management (AUM) of CNY 350 billion excluding the AUM of money market funds, serves over 1.3 billion individual clients and having paid out over CNY 100 billion of dividends for investors.
